  Preparation:
  1. Split 1lb. of ground turkey into 2 containers, reserving ½ lb for burger
  Recipe 1 – Ground Turkey Nachos Ingredients:  
  • ½ lb. Ground Turkey
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Chives
  • Ancho Chili Powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 Tomato
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Tortilla Chips
  • 1 can Black beans
  • Cilantro
  • Olive Oil
Instructions:
  • Begin by warming ¼ cup of milk in small sauce pan
  • Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat
  • Smash and peel 3 garlic cloves and mince about 1 tbsp.
  • Add garlic, 1 tsp of salt, pepper, ground cumin, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder and ½ tsp of ancho chili powder to season the oil
  • Add the ground turkey and brown
  • With the milk slightly boiling and 4 oz. of cheddar cheese turn off heat and let melt stirring occasionally
  • Strain 1 can of black beans
  • Add Black beans to turkey and stir
  • Take tomato remove stem, cut into planks, then strips and then dice
  • Take ½ Jalapeno and slice thinly
  • Take cheese then add to ground turkey mixture, adding small amount of milk to smoother out and make creamy
  • Add mixture over nachos reserving a small amount of Turkey mixture
  • Top with diced tomato, jalapeno slices and garnish with cilantro
Recipe 2 – Turkey Salad Ingredients:
  • Ground Turkey Mixture
  • Lettuce
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
Instructions:
  • Take a handful of lettuce
  • Add diced tomatoes
  • Seasoning with 1 tsp of Salt
  • Add 2 dashes of Red Wine Vinegar
  • Add 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Then add Turkey Mixture on top
  • Serve
Recipe 3 – BBQ Blue Cheese Turkey Burger Ingredients:
  • ¼ to ½ lb. Ground Turkey
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Burger Bun
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Blue Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Olive Oil
Instructions:
  • Season ground turkey with 1 tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder & 2 Tbsps. of BBQ Sauce
  • Heat pan with 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
  • Combine Turkey mixture together and form a ball, place into heated pan and press down forming to flatten and form a patty.  Cook for 5 minutes per side
  • Prep Burger bun with some mayo and mustard (or your favorite condiments)
  • Turn patty after 5 minutes and top with blue cheese and add a little more BBQ Sauce
  • Cover pan with lid to help melt cheese
  • Do not be concerned about darkness of burger, it is BBQ Sauce caramelizing
  • Remove after 5 minutes and place on bun and serve
