  • Smoked Salmon
  • Tortilla
  • Bib Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Jalapeno
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cumin
  • Mayo
  • Sour Cream
  • Lime
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Dice 1 tomato, dice 1 tbsp. of jalapeno, dice 2 tbsp. of red onion and place in bowl
  2. Add ¼ cup of sour cream, ¼ cup of mayo. 1 tsp. of cumin, 1 tsp. of garlic powder, ½ tsp. of salt & pepper and the juice of 1 lime and combine to make crema
  3. Open 1 avocado and fan out
  4. To assemble lay flat one tortilla and add and spread crema, place one bib lettuce leaf, add sliced avocado, add a little of the smoked salmon slices, then a few sprigs of cilantro and roll tortilla closed
  5. Serve
