  1. Separate the Cube Beef into three equal parts, about 5 to 6 cubes per container


Recipe 1 – Italian Beef Stew


  • Cubed Beef
  • Olive Oil
  • ½ White Onion
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Beef Broth
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Button Mushrooms



  • Season beef cubes with a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of A.P. Flour to cover beef
  • Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a medium pot
  • Brown beef in hot oil
  • Take ½ white onion peel and quarter into 1-inch chunks
  • Peel 3 carrots remove stems and cut into ½ inch rounds
  • Flip beef over and continue browning
  • Smash 2 garlic cloves and peel
  • Add onions, carrots, garlic to pot, then add1 cup of red wine and 2 cups of beef broth
  • Season with 1 tsp of salt and pepper, 1 tbsp. of ketchup, 2 tbsps. of Italian seasoning and 2 bay leaves


  • Clean and quarter 5 to 6 mushrooms then add
  • Cook for about 20 minutes until sauce reduces and thickens
  • Add a pad of butter coated in flour to the pot and melt, it will thicken the sauce
  • Ladle serving in bowl and serve


Recipe 2 – Philly -Pino Cheese Steak



  • Cubed Beef
  • Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • American Cheese
  • Hoagie Bun
  • Mayonnaise



  • Place 5 to 6 pieces of cube beef onto cutting board
  • Cover laid out meat with plastic wrap
  • Pound out beef cubes which will tenderize meat
  • Remove plastic to thin minute steaks
  • Season with 1 tsp salt and pepper, and pinch or two of garlic powder
  • Heat saute pan over medium heat with 2 tsps. of olive oil
  • While pan is heating prep, veggies
  • Take ¼ white onion and thinly slice, thinly slice about 5 mushrooms
  • Add steak to hot pan and hear sizzle brown steak for 1 minute of each side, remove and steak aside
  • Add onions and mushrooms to same pan and toss together adding a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Add mayonnaise into pan and combine with onions and mushrooms then return meat with juices and let all saute
  • Warm or toast Hoagie Bun, then add a few slices of American Cheese on top of meat
  • Assemble sandwich and take entire pile and layer on top of Hoagie Bun


Recipe 3 – Pan Fry – Stir Fry


  • Remaining Cube Beef
  • Button Mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion
  • Soy Sauce
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Minute Rice
  • Cilantro



  • With the remaining beef cut into thin strips
  • Heat a small saute pan over medium high heat and add 1 tsp of butter


  • Season meat with 1 tsp of salt and garlic powder, a pinch of pepper, and a dash of cinnamon and paprika
  • Mix together then into the saute pan and let meat brown
  • Add ¼ thinly sliced onion
  • Add quartered mushrooms
  • Add 1 tsp of soy sauce
  • Add pinch of Red pepper flakes
  • Add 1 tsp of Red Wine Vinegar
  • Place Minute Rice into microwave
  • Plate Stir Fry over rice and top with a little cilantro
